Holds a higher education degree in biotechnology and IT (graduate of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn), postgraduate studies in R&D commercialization (University of Łódź), and management (MBA, Wielkopolska School of Business in Poznań). From 2001 to 2014, he conducted scientific work at the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Poznań, and then from 2004 to 2006, he was employed at the DNA Research Institute in Warsaw. Co-founder of the DNA Research Center Ltd. in 2006, and in 2010 co-founder of INNO-GENE S.A. (currently HyEnergy S.A.). President of the DNA Research Center Ltd.
